In any Business School the Admissions Committee normally looks for individuals who exhibit professional maturity. In other words, work experience is not evaluated in terms of years but the depth and breadth of an individual's position, his or her contributions to the work environment, and level of responsibility and progression. Almost all the schools accept Feshers, but its always advisable to enter an USA MBA school after some work experience

13. Carnegie Mellon University (PA): Average 4.3 years (Accepts Freshers as well as candidates with 8+ years experience)

15. Tuck School of Business at Darmouth: 5 years
16. McCombs School of Business (University of Texas - Austin): Average is 5 years but minimum for admission consideration is 2.
